About the Blog

Yes! yet another entry in the blogging world, some more burden on the cloud's memory, and worse -some more opinions and views!  Since, blogs have become people's new best friends; and having no one to talk to in a new city; I also thought of having one. But wait, how do you describe the feeling when you pack 25 years of your life in a 25 kg bag; the feeling when you say goodbye to your family and friends; the feeling when you walk into a new world, a new city, a new life- to be on your own. In my case the new city happened to be Melbourne- the most liveable one as per many famous liveability rankings. I moved here three months back for studies from New Delhi; and since then couldn’t stop comparing the two. So, I decided to write these down in a blog/photo essay and share my tale of two cities- New Delhi- the city where I was brought up and Melbourne- the city where I am growing up. This isn’t a travel or a liveability blog and I am not a professional writer or photographer; it’s just a way to adjust in a new city, appreciate it, love it and find myself a place in it.
